SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are made by hand with the highest attention to detail. This is why our signs take on average 10 - 15 days to get to you. Depending on how busy we are, this can take longer. You'll be notified by email when it's sent. For any other shipping questions, please email support@personalizedneons.com
On some very large signs, there may be import duty to pay, depending on your country. This rarely happens, but please note this is down to the customer to pay.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our preferred shipping partners are Hermes and Parcelforce for domestic orders and FedEx for international.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind, unfortunately, as all pieces are made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email, and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item fails within the warranty, we will require it to be returned, so we can inspect it before we can offer a replacement.
